A slow but welcome start has given way to a glorious spring. Another beginning to the work on farms, nurseries, vineyards, orchards and other special places on the land.
Farmstands and shops are opening. Fields are being prepared for planting. And flowers and shrubs and trees are for sale and already beautifying fields, streets, homes and neigborhoods.
Rhode Island FarmWays is waking too, and you can visit many of Rhode Island's farms in all their springtime glory. Follow our Calendar of Events and sign up for the Fence Post newsletter to catch all the early spring news and activities happening on Rhode Island's agricultural landscapes.
So much to see, enjoy and appreciate along Rhode Island FarmWays. Don't miss any of it!
Spring is here. It's really, really here!
