As you walk with Ruth through the herb gardens, learn about harvesting and drying herbs.

Then enjoy, as she discusses the history of potpourri making and demonstrates the process of creating of a dry potpourri blend. Participants will have an opportunity to experience a variety of potpourri blends and choose one to fill a small container (approximately 1 cup) brought from home. A small basket or decorative bowl makes a nice container.

Ruth Pacheco is a Master Gardener and has been growing and using herbs for decoration for over 20 years.
