Learn about harvesting and drying herbs and the making of potpourri!

As you walk with Ruth through the herb gardens, learn about harvesting and drying herbs. Then enjoy, as she discusses the history of potpourri making and demonstrates the creation of a potpourri blend. Participants will have an opportunity to experience a variety of potpourri blends and choose one to fill a small container (approximately 1 cup size) brought from home. A small basket or decorative bowl makes a nice container.
